How much is the delivery fee?

  • Charges are based on order type, location and delivery timing.
  • Standard delivery in Riyadh 35 SR, and special delivery 60 SR.
  • Standard delivery cost is 35 SR, Delivery time (1-2 working days) for Saudi Arabia
  • main cities, Other Saudi Arabia cities (3 working days).
  • GCC countries,110 SR per 1 kilo.
  • International delivery, 180 SR per 1 kilo.

Can I return an unwanted gift?

In case the receiver refuses to accept the gift or don’t answer our phone calls, we will
inform the customer and he/she can provide us with another location to deliver the
gift. Extra fees will be charged for the second delivery location.
In case both customer and receiver do not answer our calls, we have the right to
return the gift back to our store and will be available for purchase by other customers
(charges for returning the delivery back to the store will be included).
If the gift was an item that will expire shortly for example, flowers, cake and
chocolate the store is not responsible in case the delivery got rescheduled to another
time and the gift got expired or damaged. The client be fully charged on returning the
delivery back to the store or to another receiver location.
In case the gift was a product, the customer can return the gift back to us,

  • If the item was damaged by the store.
  • The description details don’t match the order.
  • Note: Wrapping charges will not be refunded.

What can I do if my Credit Card was declined ?

If your credit card is declined, you will receive an error message in real time. Please
check with your bank to make sure you have appropriate funds and have no
restrictions. At any point, you can contact Wiyaak support team and we will walk you
through the necessary steps.

Can I pay over the phone for my order?

Sorry but this service is not available at this time.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay using Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Sadad and your bank current
account debit card that has Visa or Mastercard logo. We use the latest technologies
to ensure your payment information is safe and protected.

What if the recipient cannot be reached at the provided address?

We will contact you directly to provide us with any new addresses for the recipient.
Meanwhile, Wiyaak store will keep the item until we get an answer. In case of any of
delivering the item to an alternative address, you will responsible for extra delivery
fees. You will be charged return fees, if attempts of delivery are not successful.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

You will receive a confirmation message that your order has been delivered.

Can my order be delivered if I don’t know the exact address of the recipient?

As long as you can provide us with a correct mobile number and the city where the
recipient lives, we will contact them to for the best time and location to deliver the
item.

How can I check on my orders?

You can log in to your account in Wiyaak.com then check ‘My Orders’ or you can
contact our Wiyaak Customer Care team to help with your order status.

What are your delivery times?

Our normal delivery time is: 9am-9pm, 7 days a week. If you want a specific time of
delivery either early in the morning or late in the evening, we will be glad to do so but
with an additional charge. (We understand that you may want to surprise someone
special with a gift and we be glad to deliver the surprise).

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

You can cancel or amend your order depending on your order’s status. If your order
is not ready yet for shipping your can cancel it or make your amendments, but the
store will keep the order fees which is 2.5% from your order price. If the order was
already prepared and ready to be shipped, you can’t cancel it or amend it. You can
also call our customer care to check the status of the order.

Will the flowers be identical to the images on the website?

We make every possible effort to make sure each arrangement delivered matches
the image on our site, although occasionally there may be some variation in shades
of colors due to seasonal blooming patterns. We also might need to make a change
to the bouquet if one of the included items isn’t available. In these instances, we will
be in touch with you directly to inform you of the situation and discuss your preferred
solution.

Can I order over the phone?

It’s our pleasure to take your order over the phone from 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week.
Just contact our Customer Care specialists and they will help you with your
purchase.

What gifts can I order apart from flowers?

The store provides variety of gifts of different products just to help you find the
perfect present. You can choose from the freshest flower arrangements, cakes,
chocolates and fun balloons. We can also set up your party arrangements in halls
and party rooms.

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

You can shop in our store as a visitor without registration.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver your gifts and orders by specialized shipping companies around the KSA
and GCC countries.

Can I send flowers or cake to a city inside KSA?

Flowers and cakes can be only delivered in Riyadh city, but for any other item we
can deliver it to all other cities.
